Order Confirmation Email
Once your order is successfully placed and payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email contains important details about your purchase, including your order number, items ordered, subtotal, shipping address and payment method.
If you have not received your order confirmation email:
- Check your spam or junk mail folders to see if the email was filtered there.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the tracking page. This enables you to monitor your package during its delivery journey.
If you have not received your tracking details, please:
- Wait up to at least 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation, as shipping details are sent separately after dispatch.
- Check your spam or junk folders for the shipping email.
- Contact MUJI Australia customer support if you still do not have tracking information after 3 business days.
What to Do if Your Order Is Delayed
If you notice that your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please be assured that we take such situations seriously. We have already escalated the issue to the delivery company to investigate and resolve the delay as quickly as possible.
