When is my receipt sent?
Your purchase receipt is automatically emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Please ensure you check your inbox around that time.

How to request a re-issued purchase receipt?
If after checking your email you still have not received the receipt, you can contact MUJI Australia customer support for assistance to re-issue it. Simply select Order Enquiries and choose Resend Invoice.
When contacting support, please provide:
- Your order number
- The email address used when placing the order
- Any additional details that may help us locate your order faster
