Important Notice Regarding Damage During Transportation
Should the case be damaged during transportation, please contact the relevant transport authorities (airlines, bus, ferry, or courier). In certain circumstances, you may be eligible to claim compensation. Please be advised that claims must be made within a specified timeframe.
If you have travel insurance, please notify your insurance provider in the event of damage to the carry case. Relevant documentation, such as a quotation, may be required within the insurance coverage period.
Guarantee Terms and Conditions
This product is eligible for free repair within the guarantee period under the following conditions:
- If a defect arises during normal use.
- If the defect is determined to be due to a manufacturing fault or issues with components.
Should you identify a defect, please contact the retailer where the product was purchased and provide proof of purchase, such as a tax invoice or receipt. We will endeavour to repair the product free of charge as swiftly as possible. If repair is deemed unfeasible, the item will be replaced.
However, free repairs will not be provided, even within the guarantee period, under the following circumstances:
- If the defect becomes apparent two or more years after purchase.
- If the Warranty Card is missing, or if there is no valid proof of purchase such as a receipt or store stamp.
- If the purchase date on the documentation appears to have been deliberately altered.
- Damage caused by external factors including fire, earthquake, wind, water, salt corrosion, pollutants, or other natural disasters or disturbances.
- Defects resulting from dropping, misuse, or rough handling.
- Defects caused by disassembly, modification, or improper repairs.
- Surface damage or defects resulting from improper handling or misuse by airlines or other transport companies.
- Damage due to exposure to high temperatures, solvents, acids, water, rain, or similar substances.
- Damage or loss of items stored within the case, or costs incurred such as consequential losses.
- Wear or deterioration from normal use, such as to casters or similar parts.
- Surface damage arising from normal wear and tear (including scuffs, scratches, dents, dirt, or colour fading).
If the product is deemed to fall outside the scope of the guarantee but can be restored through repair, paid repair services may be offered. Please note that dents and surface damage cannot be repaired. As replacement components are sourced internationally, repairs may require several days to complete. Additionally, we cannot guarantee that replacement parts will match the original colour precisely.
