You can only make changes to your order—including any changes in contact details or order cancellation —within 60 minutes of placing it. This window allows you to adjust your shipping address, contact email, phone number or cancel the entire order shortly after confirmation through the order confirmation email link. After this time, we are unable to accommodate manual changes due to operational constraints and the synchronization of our online inventory with our warehouse system.
How to Modify Your Order
To modify your order within the allowed timeframe, please follow these steps:
- Locate your order confirmation email from MUJI Australia.
- Click the link provided in the email to access your order details.
- Follow the prompts to Edit shipping address, Change contact information or Cancel order as needed within 60 minutes of order placement.
- Confirm your modifications and submit your updated information.

What Happens After the Modification Window Closes?
Once the 60-minute window has passed, it is no longer possible to manually change your order due to our warehouse management system's real-time inventory synchronization and operational workflows. If you need further assistance after this point, you may consider the following alternatives:
- Place a new order on our website for the additional items.
- Contact MUJI Australia's customer support team. Simply select Order Enquiries Form and choose Order Amendment.
