Online Order Exchanges
If you have purchased items online, please note that exchanges can only be made in-store, and only for items of the same value or higher. To complete an exchange, you must bring the original item to any MUJI store within Australia. It is essential to present a valid MUJI Australia tax invoice at the time of exchange to verify your purchase and be eligible for the exchange.
Please be aware that direct exchanges cannot be processed through our online returns system. Instead, you will need to return the item to our warehouse to receive a refund. After the refund has been processed, you are welcome to place a new order for the item you wish to purchase.
Online Order Refunds
To obtain a refund for any item purchased from muji.com.au, the product must be returned to our warehouse within 30 days of the purchase date. It is important to note that refunds for online purchases cannot be processed in-store, so all returns must be sent back to our designated warehouse facility.
Additionally, please keep in mind that customers are responsible for covering any shipping costs incurred when returning items due to a change of mind. We recommend carefully considering your purchase before completing your order to avoid these additional charges.
