Arrange Pickup Option During Checkout
Prior to proceeding to Checkout, please select the "Warehouse Pickup" option in your Cart. You may "Choose a date and time" within the upcoming two weeks, during the designated warehouse pickup hours on weekdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, excluding Victorian Public Holidays.
Orders containing non-furniture items are not eligible for Warehouse Pickup and must be checked out separately. An error message will appear: "Apologies, pickup is only available for large furniture items. Please complete the checkout for non-furniture items separately."
If you experience difficulties selecting the "warehouse pickup" option while checking out Furniture items online, try clearing your browser cache and cookies to resolve any temporary issues.

Your Order Ready for Pickup
Once your order is ready, you will be emailed the Pickup Instructions which includes our address and access details.
Our warehouse pick up days are weekdays 9:00 - 2:00pm, excluding VIC Public Holidays.
Pickup Instructions
Please bring with you your Customer Order Form, purchase receipt and Photo ID.
How to collect your order:
1. Park at visitor parking near the entrance
2. Call 03 9933 2262 and say “MUJI Pick Up” + your Order number
3. Show your confirmation email + photo ID to staff
