Items purchased in-store must be returned in person at one of our physical store locations. Regrettably, we do not accept returns of in-store purchases via mail. Refunds for these purchases will be credited to the original payment method following our payment verification procedures and cannot be processed through bank transfer or other remote payment options.
For online orders, returns may be sent to our designated returns address, which will be provided upon request. Once the return is approved, refunds will be issued electronically to the original payment method.
