• Furniture Orders & Regional: order by Friday 11 December
• Metro: order by Friday 18 December
• Express: order by Sunday 20 December

Orders placed after these dates may not arrive before Christmas.

Why are the cut-off dates different?

Each delivery option works to a different timeframe. Furniture and regional deliveries need more time to be prepared and transported, so their cut-off is earlier. Metro and Express deliveries move more quickly, which lets us accept orders closer to Christmas.

What if I live outside a metropolitan area?

Please allow additional time for items sent outside a metro area. If your delivery address is in a regional or remote location, we recommend ordering as early as possible.

Ordering early gives you the best chance of receiving everything in time, with a little extra room for unexpected delays during the busy festive period.
